Peaceful environment, staff is ok enough, not disrespectful as othe hotels. The area is clean to spend the night.
Nice quiet place for the price. Deposit is only 15 dollars. Rooms are nice and clean. Of you buy through Expedia you can save even more. Bus runs outside to go to downtown. To me is great for what you're paying. And I'm not saying in a bad way. To they're good.

Saw so many roaches and ants in the room! They were even in the ancient coffee pot. Almost no water pressure in bath tub or shower. Blowdryer didn’t work, looked like the elements in it had melted long ago.
Dirty rooms, smelly linen and towels. Had to sleep on top of sheets for fear of bugs seen crawling around. Ugly, Gross and just plain bad!
I have stayed here the past to weekend and I am very satisfied. Room look nice, very clean, fresh sheets and towels. A lot of channel's on TV. I-35 and I-10 and less then 60 seconds away, you can get anywhere in the city in minutes. I recommend staying here
Cheap price gets you a cheap hotel room. Not a bad location in downtown San Antonio, close to restaurants and the Alamodome (where I needed to be) but the room and service let it down. The bedding was covered in burn holes, fridge didn’t work, the floor was completely tiled (making it dirty and slippery in wet weather), the walls had marks and the towels had some stains. Note before you book: they will ask for a $15 deposit at check in ($10 for tv remote and $5 for the key). Although mine was refunded in a couple days, it wasn’t noted at time of booking.
